Team Building
Viewing the employees as the most valuable assets of the company, United Ratings invests heavily in their sustainable development and training. Every year, approximately 30 training sessions are held to help the employees improve their skills and performance according to the corporate strategy and culture, allowing them to grow with the company.
To boost morale and synergy, to build a harmonious workspace, and to facilitate inter-personal communication, the company holds a collective birthday party every month for the employees and arranges outdoor quality developing activities on a regular basis.
